Since 1890, our family has been rooted in both farming and cattle ranching, building a legacy of excellence that has spanned over a century.
In the past 20 years, we’ve cultivated a top-tier herd of Purebred Black Angus cattle, which allows us to create incredible beef, ready for your table.
We believe that the connection to the land, our animals, and family is at the heart of Sustainable agriculture and producing exceptional beef.
7 Foot Farm, is inspired by one of our pastures that has been a beloved local swimming hole and picnic spot since the early 1900s.
Today it is a serene pasture, on the upper Platte River, protected from the weather and a great place for cows and calves to live in a stress-free place.
This connection to tradition and innovation is what drives us to offer more than just quality beef — we offer a story, a history of sustainable agriculture practices and a "better way" to present beef quality.
Roger’s involvement in the beef industry is legendary and spanned 50 years as a beef industry leader, a cattle judge and a community builder, which is why it is appropriate to name our new Roger D. Judging System after him.
