The ribeye is a cut from the rib section known for its rich marbling which adds flavor and tenderness, making this a favorite among steak enthusiasts.  Ribeyes are versatile and can be grilled, pan-seared, or broiled.  We cut our ribeyes 1 ½ inch thick to allow you a wide range of cooking options.

The Ribeyes were nicely marbled and when grilled to Medium rare were absolutly delicious. I do not believe I have ever had a better Ribeye steak. We will be purchasing more.

The parentage of animals harvested at 7 Foot® Farm is analyzed using the American Angus Assoc’s EPD (Estimated Progeny Difference) system.

Twenty three (23) heritable traits such as marbling, ribeye size and back fat data are collected and used in the selection of Purebred Angus cattle.
