Product Description

7 Foot Burger Blend is a blend made up of 70% ground beef and 30% plant protein. While the ground beef is from our cattle operation, the plant component of our recipe is a unique blend from our kitchen.

The plant protein is a combination of Quinoa, Kidney Beans, Almonds, and popcorn.  That’s right Popcorn! The plant component maintains a high level of protein and lowers the overall fat content of the blend.

7 Foot Burger Blend cooks best on the grill with a slightly lower temperature and less time. It works great in things like spaghetti and chili, too.

The taste is like any burger, but the blend makes it easier to digest and is less fatty. 

Price can be changed by switching between blue or red marbling grade, picking different sizes, and selecting different scores.

The parentage of animals harvested at 7 Foot® Farm is analyzed using the American Angus Assoc’s EPD (Estimated Progeny Difference) system.

Twenty three (23) heritable traits such as marbling, ribeye size and back fat data are collected and used in the selection of Purebred Angus cattle.
