The burger that sets a high standard

At the heart of any great burger is the beef—and this one sets a high benchmark. From the first bite, it was clear that this 1/3 lb patty was made from exceptionally high-quality ground beef with a perfect lean to fat ratio. This burger doesn't need a mountain of toppings to impress. It was the first steakhouse quality burger I can remember grilling myself. The beef itself was the focal point, and when a burger is this good, simplicity becomes its strength. If you care about quality beef, you owe it to yourself to try this!

Roger D. Tenderness Test

The Roger D. System uses a proprietary, mechanical invention to measure tenderness.

The device records the force required to cut through a cooked test steak.

Each test steak is the same cut and size, which leaves the cutting force as the only variable.

Tested™

At 7 Foot® Farm we actually cook, taste and cut a steak from each animal sold under the 7 Foot® Farm label.

Cutability, eating ease and desirable taste is included in the Roger D. system score.
